Bazzar coffee is produced entirely with the top Arabic bean, the Yellow Bourbon variety, recognized worldwide as one of the best varieties for the production of specialty coffees. Its most striking feature is the sharp sweetness. The beans are grown in a traditional farmhouse, situated on the border of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, in a region with a volcanic soil microclimate ideal for their planting. This coffee is certified by the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association.
